With full amenities, this property also features office space, a chill out area on the top floor with hidden roof terrace, and a fully-appointed studio apartment for potential live-in owners. Features a large, open nightclub and bar on the bottom floor and an exclusive and more intimate VIP club area on the middle floor. This old factory was bought and renovated by two tech bros looking for a new adventure. The Rainbow Factory is located on prime waterfront real estate in Windenburg. We have a massive StrangerVille Archive where anyone can browse till their heart is content. The StrangerVille Information Center is a great place to hang out and study. STRANGERVILLE INFORMATION CENTER – 20x20 lot by amoebae I’ve ticked a couple of extra boxes in S4S which should hopefully solve this, but if it doesn’t please just place the toilets again and you should be fine. People have said my toilet cc sometimes doesn’t get recognised as a toilet for the purposes of the venue requirements. I’ll provide links if anyone notices stuff missing. In Tray Importer they show as unlocks, rather than installed cc, so I’m hoping it means you don’t have to download them. If exterior plants are missing you may have to download some of the liberated plants by plasticbox. Don’t worry – nothing should be missing in your game. I changed the wallpaper for one wall at some point, and I must have missed one tile of it somewhere. When placing the lot you may find it tells you a piece of build cc is missing. No one seems to want to use the roller rink unless you ask them to, but you might have more luck. LIST OF CC YOU NEED(there’s not too much this time!!!) It features a bar, dj booth and dance floor, a bowling alley, and a roller rink. Skate, Rattle & Roll is a 40x30 nightclub built for Oasis Springs. With HUGE thanks to all the creators whose cc I used (with a particularly big shout out to who went above and beyond to help me out). Having passed through the hands of a series of owners, the Shady Grove has fallen into disrepair. Once a thriving motel, the Shady Grove was abandoned overnight. SHADY GROVE MOTEL & DINERBAR - a lot by amoebae I would LOVE to see this in action in someone else’s game so me if you have the time :) Some of it is more integral however, like windows and furniture and suchlike, but I’m sure you’d be able to find substitutes if you don’t want to download them. Most of the cc I’ve used is clutter, so it’s entirely up to you if you download it or not. There are quite a few things that have been raised off the ground, and I think that means you should place the lot with move objects ON or they will fall down. I have used bb.moveobjects a lot, as well as 9 and ]. 3 packages including currently unreleased shrubbery by me (it’s not great, which is why it’s unreleased it might be officially released in the future).
There is an album of interior and exterior images (including floor plans) here. Thankfully there is plenty of outdoor space to satisfy most needs, with plants, barbecue, fire pit, easel, woodworking table, pumpkin carving station, and a punching bag – and still plenty of room left over! The emphasis is on outdoor living as the living quarters are cramped and full to the brim. Here is Pebble Gas, an tiny abandoned gas station with a small residential shack behind it.
